The Snowfield is an area from Final Fantasy II. It is located north of Semitt Falls and Salamand and around the entrance to the Snow Cave. Crossing the Snowfield requires a Snowcraft.

Altair, also known as Altea, is a town from Final Fantasy II. Located south of Gatrea and further south of Fynn, it is used by the Wild Rose Rebellion as a provisory base while Fynn is under the control of Palamecia.

Gatrea, also known as Gatea, is a village in Final Fantasy II. It is north of Altair and south of Fynn. It is the smallest settlement in the game, as denoted by its size on the World Map. Still, it has many of the essential amenities such as weapon, armor, and item shops, an inn, and a sanctuary.

Fynn, also known as Phin, is a city from Final Fantasy II. It is the capital of the Kingdom of Fynn, located to the northwest of the Palamecian Empire, and resists its world domination campaign. The town, castle and dungeons are visited in-game.

Salamand, also known as Salmando, is a location from Final Fantasy II. It is northwest of Poft. According to the Japanese novelization, this is the birthplace of the game's protagonist, Firion.

Kashuan, also known as Kas'ion, Kashion or Kashuon, is a region from the world of Final Fantasy II. It is located north of the Chocobo Forest. The characters Gordon and Scott come from here and are the royal family's two princes.
